I am a New York City based Actor/ singer/ dancer and self taught yodeler originally from Racine, Wisconsin!
I grew up in an area that didn’t offer many performance opportunities, so I spent most of my childhood seeking out any opportunity to perform that I could around my town. School Plays, elementary choir teachers original musicals, improvised choreography posted on YouTube and then shared to my entire third grade class, performing as Elvis Presley for biography; wig, jumpsuit, and all. My high school was not financially privileged enough to offer any theater, so I took it upon myself to reach out to all the other high school theaters in my community- and found my space at Horlick Theater Arts where I was privileged to play a variety of roles as well as my first understudy role as Belle in Beauty and the Beast my freshman year.
Outside of theater, I participated in national club volleyball, varsity cross country, local government, student government, science club, French club, and International Thespian Society. I’m so grateful for every experience I’ve had through these other hobbies- but there is nothing else that makes me feel more me than being in the theater.
Along with onstage work I have assisted directed a small scale show at Syracuse University, PA-ed a reading of a new musical in NYC, operated the light board for an SU MainStage musical, and recently took on a cover position as 2nd ASM for Monte Cristo at the York Theatre starring Sierra Boggess, Norm Lewis, and Adam Jacobs.
As a new artist entering the industry, I am so excited to explore every realm of entertainment possible, whether on stage, on screen, or backstage. I’m passionate about New Work as well as fresh spins on classics. I can’t wait to see where this next step in my journey takes me! I hope we cross paths!
PS: Ultimate dream role: Baby- Dirty Dancing.
